We give clear advice and are happy to guide you through legal issues you may encounter. We act on behalf of employers but also have extensive experience in assisting expats, working in The Netherlands. Whether it concerns advice on redundancies, non-compete clauses, advising on a reorganization, drafting or reviewing a contract or legal proceedings in for example a dismissal case. We are happy to assist.
